The Drainage Advisory Services and Assistance Ltd (DASA) came to PJ Web in 2013 for a demonstration of our new claims management system – Metrix. DASA did already have a sales based tool in place however they were finding it increasingly difficult to automate their processes in any way or keep on top of claim tracking.
DASA required a comprehensive claims management system that would achieve the following:
Streamlined, automated processes to reduce claim lifecycle and to deliver a higher level of customer service
Ability to monitor service level agreements and ensure that they are being met
Improve staff productivity by having a claims management system that allows staff to take ownership of their own specific roles
PJ Web adapted the already highly successful claims management system - Metrix. Metrix was already being used by companies in the insurance building claims validation industry with a high degree of success. Because of the highly customisable nature of Metrix PJ Web were able to adapt the system specifically for The Drainage Advisory Services and Assistance Ltd (DASA) requirements and processes. The system enables DASA to streamline their business processes, achieve greater efficiencies and ultimately enable business growth whilst reducing internal costs.
