Through four half-day one to one meetings we will dig deep into your business and make recommendations on process improvements that when implemented will produce a return on your investment.

The four half day sessions will be delivered as follows:
Session 1 - where are you now
We will begin with an objective appraisal of the company and an independently facilitated SWOT analysis is an excellent way to uncover business issues. We will help you identify the significant processes in place now and analysing their effectiveness plus questioning how they will change or if new ones need to be adopted.
Session 2 – where are you going
We will help you to visualise where the business is heading and what it will look like in terms of financial aims, markets, people and operations. We will also investigate the internal aspects of the business that may be standing in the way of achieving your goals and the critical activities which must be addressed by your business to achieve your ambitions.
Session 3 - process review
Together we will choose the right business process to analyse before mapping the relevant process steps, identifying the key players and recording the important steps.
Session 4 - process test
After creating a business process map it is important that we follow it through a live business process and check how accurately it represents both the process itself and each step along the way.
Costs & Funding
With all the above information we will produce a report on the information gathered during the meetings and also our personal recommendations on how you can improve your current business processes to achieve return on your investment. The cost for this service is £2,000 but you may be eligible for funding of £1,000 towards the cost through the Leadership and Management Advisory Service.
