New Support Ticket System

For 2012 we have launched a new support ticket system to assist our customers to request updates, notify us of any changes or any issues with their website, web hosting or email. 

 

Customers who require assistance can either log on to www.pjweb.co.uk and click on "Client Support" in the top right hand corner of the website, or type in http://www.pjweb.co.uk/support/ directly into their web browser.

 

You will then have the choice of opening a new ticket or checking an existing ticket status. Simply follow the on screen instructions and submit the request.

 

Alternatively, requests can be sent directly to support@pjweb.co.uk.  Either way, you will automatically receive a notification email that a ticket has been placed.  We will then use this ticket number to contact you.  Once the support request has been dealt with you will also receive an alert email.

 

We have introduced the system in order to streamline our response mechanism; we do hope that you will find it a useful addition to our service.
